Let us first understand the concept of Vastu. The simple meaning of Vastu is architecture. It is an ancient name of architecture. Vastu Shastra is an ancient text that describs design, layout, measurements, ground preparation, space arrangement and spatial Geometry. Vatu Shastra Designs are aimed to align/integrate architecture with nature. Sanskrit word Vastu means a building along with corresponding piece of land. Word Vas (वास) denotes living. There are various ancient Shastras describing Principles of layout and design of Vastu. We take these ancient principles, concepts and knowledge as guidelines to design our modern Vastus.
Whenever somebody refers Vastu the first question that comes to our mind is, Which Vastu is perfect Vastu? And answer to this question is, the Vastu that provides ample air, light and ambience. The Vastu that provides overall growth, peace and happiness to occupant is a perfect Vastu. Vastu failing to provide these benefits is a defective Vastu. It is not complying with the principles of Vastu Shastra, then that Vastu is a Vastu with Dosha. Vasto Dosha make that place unfavourable to occupants. There is an imbalance between energies of Vastu and energies of occupant.
Whenever we say a perfect Vastu, it simply means that it is environment friendly. Unfriendly Vastu is defective, obviously that gives you troubles. Here is a diagram of an Ideal Vastu.
Ideal Vastu should have almost square plot. Each of the angle should be 90 degrees. The Central portion should be as Shown in the diagram Should be open to sky. The layout and the placement of each of the component and the format should be as shown in the above diagram.
Ideally, an environment friendly Vastu or flawless Vastu is shown in the above diagram. Any deviation this model brings Doshas and Vastu with Doshas is non-compliant Vastu. Such Vastu starts causing troubles in life. Non-compliant Vastu means contravening Doctrines of this model. When the arrangement is out of place it creates Vatu Dosha.
Environment Friendly Vastu brings Goodluck, abundance and good health whereas environment unfriendly Vastu brings negative effects.
If a Vastu is not complying the requirements of ideal Vastu then it is a Vastu with defects, such defects require to be removed.

Symptoms of Vastu Dosha:

It is very difficult to make an Architecture 100% Vastu compliant and there are several reasons for this. In urban areas it is still difficult because people buy readymade houses. There is no choice for them to make changes. Almost all houses have one or more Doshas and if there is a Dosha there is an inflow of negative energy. To stop the inflow of negative energies in the Vastu, we require do certain remedies. The remedies make Vastu free from Dosha and that is what Vastu Specialist does.
There are different types/lines of remedies/treatments different Specialist do. Different specialists have different solutions on different Vastu Doshas. Rudraksha Remedy is one of them but very few people know about this remedy. In fact, this is more reliable, more precise, more effective and more scientific type of remedy.

Different Rudrakshas control different planets. They remove their malefic effects.
Different Rudrakshas govern different planets. The Rudrakshas and the respective governing plantes are as shown below:

Earth is an important plant we live up on which is controlled by 18 Mukhi Rudraksha. As described in foregoing paras, by using appropriate Rudraksha and their perfect configurations we can remove the Vastu Dosha. For example, east side is defective we have to use 1 and 12 Mukhi Rudrakshas in appropriate number, if west side is defective, we have to use 7/17 Mukhi Rudrakshas. Same principle is applicable to the corners. If north-east corner is with Dosha use 5 Mukhi Rudrakshas to remove that Dosha. If some other corner is defective use the Rudrakshas with appropriate faces to rectify it.
If the main door is defective the solution is 11 Mukhi Rudraksha, because the ruling deity of 11 Mukhi Rudraksha is Maharudra/ Hanuman.
The type of Rudrakshas, their number, their Combinations should be decided after considering the horoscope of the occupant.
